The Black List of the Air Operators

The European Committee evaluates technical eligibility of the air operators that direct their flights to or from the European Union with the interest to ensure safety in the air transportation.
We are obliged to make you familiar with the so-called Black list of the Air Operators that comprises a list of the transporters that are not permitted to fly to the European Union countries due to safety reasons.
Furthermore, it involves 8 transporters that are subject to special restrictions and limitations regarding the type of the aircrafts intended for transport to and from the European Union.
